PAYMENT POLICY

We accept all major Credit cards issued by US and International banks.

We also accept payments via Paypal.

 All orders will be processed after receiving the complete payment of the purchased items and the shipping charge.

 SHIPPING POLICIES

Lotus Arts de Vivre orders are shipped with the reliability professional global shippers.

Your order will be shipped to you fully insured.

We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt. In case any damages are found, please report to shop@lotusartsdevivre.com in less than 7 days, so we can facilitate the process of claiming insurance.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Various countries have different destination customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order where applicable. These charges in our e-commerce platform are collected directly from the receiver by the shipping company.

WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Your order will be shipped within 7-14 working days of the order confirmation. If you place your order before the cutoff time on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing that day. If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after the cutoff on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.

For items not in stock, lead time for production and delivery is 60-90 days and we will keep you closely informed.

 DELIVERY DETAILS

Your order will be insured & shipped using professional shippers for International deliveries.

 OUR RETURN PROCESS

Purchased items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Once your returned item is received and accepted, your refund or new item will be processed within 14-21 working days to your credit card (less the credit card charges) and to your bank account in case of a wire transfer.

Our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized, or damaged cannot be accepted for return. Our team will then get in touch with you (email) on the next best solution.

 HOW TO PREPARE A RETURN

To return an item to Lotus Arts de Vivre, follow our three step process:

Return Export Invoice Our Team (shop@lotusartsdevivre.com) will email you a return export Invoice, using this invoice the item should be returned via courier on Lotus Arts de Vivre account which will be provided to you with the Invoice.

Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. For security reasons, do not write Lotus Arts de Vivre anywhere on the outside of the box.

Airway Bill. Scan and email the Airway bill to us at shop@lotusartsdevivre.com so we can insure the package form our end.
