All the Amethysts used are of one colour; As colour of the stone changes with different widths, matching the colour was a difficult designing process. The amethysts are specially calibrated for the design, and each piece was taken from different parts of the same rough to bring consistency to the design. It took total of about 6 months from sourcing to designing to production. Brazilian Amethysts are the most prized form of quartz, to adorn the possessions of rich and powerful monarchs.
